Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
Experience in working with senior management
Business English: Fluent
Computer literacy (Advanced)
Code 08 Driver’s license
Travel off-site/ overnight stay

Duties and Responsibilities
Internal Communications Strategy

Collaborate with the HR and other internal stakeholders to document and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with the company’s objectives and values
Ensure that the messaging is consistent, impactful, and resonates with employees at all levels
Produce engaging and informative content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, intranet, memos, and announcements
Craft compelling stories that showcase the company’s achievements, employee successes, and community involvement
Oversee the company’s internal communication channels, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and user-friendly. Explore innovative ways to improve communication efficiency, such as integrating new technologies or platforms

Employee Engagement Initiatives

Develop and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive company culture
Organise events, town halls, and webinars to encourage interaction, provide updates on company developments, and foster a two-way communication flow
Work closely with management and project teams to create clear and effective communications during times of organisational change, such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or new initiatives
Help employees understand the reasons behind changes and manage potential concerns or uncertainties
Implement methods to gather feedback from employees regarding internal communications effectiveness
Analyse data and key performance indicators to continuously improve communication strategies and tailor them to meet employee needs

Employer Brand Advocacy

Educate employees about the company’s employer brand identity and values, encouraging them to become employer brand advocates both within the organization and externally
Ensure a consistent brand message across internal communication materials
Maintain open lines of communication to keep employees informed and reassure them during difficult times

Project Briefing and Coordination

Create clear and detailed project briefs for creative agencies, outlining objectives, timelines, target audience, and key messaging
Foster effective communication channels between the organization and creative agencies to ensure a smooth flow of information
Regularly conduct status meetings to track project progress, address concerns, and offer support to agencies when required
