Clover is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Talent, Learning ’ Development Specialist to join the Human Resource team. The successful candidate will execute the implementation of all Talent ’ Learning and Development interventions

Requirements

Degree in Human Resource/ Psychology/BCom
Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level.
Experience in working with senior management.
Computer literacy (Intermediate)
Professional registration

Duties and Responsibilities
Compile annual training plan

Identify training and development needs in conjunction with HR Business Partners, Operational HR and Line Management
Complete and submit, to the Foodbev SETA, the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training report
Ensure SETA and statutory training requirements are met

Manage the implementation of Learning and Development interventions

Determine the design and development requirements for interventions as per the learning and development plan
Design and develop learning interventions
Source and facilitate the implementation of learning/development interventions
Provide support to HR: Business Partners on Learning and Development
Apply practices to ensure compliance to legislation/statutory requirements
Build relationships with tertiary institutions
Source and manage bursary students
Administer study assistance programmes
Develop internship and graduate development programmes
Ensure adherence with service level agreements (SLA) in the implementation of L’D interventions
Report on costs of training and development interventions versus the budget

Talent Management and Organisational Development

Assist in preparation of Talent review days
Identify training needs based on scarce and critical skills
Diagnose and implement Organisational Development initiatives to assist leaders and teams to be high performing
Administrator and provide feedback on psychometric and leadership assessments
Provide facilitation support for change interventions to achieve adoption in the business on a manager level to improve team and organisation effectiveness

Optimise and enhance processes

Support the implementation of the “Clover Promise” plan
Coordinate surveys, roadshows, communication and other actions related to the implementation of the “Clover Promise” plan
Compile and present progress reports
Conduct training/coaching sessions

Reporting and Analytics

Compile and present progress reports on L’D and Talent
Maintain records and reports
