JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the team’s Human Capital solutions, which includes recruitment, performance evaluation, rewards, training and industrial relations. To provide a pro-active problem resolution area for our clients and to provide guidance on legislative requirements as related to the transactions we process. To ensure that all laid down processes and procedures are adhered to in order to keep losses to a minimum and reduce risk to the bank.
Manage training of staff to ensure that they have the knowledge required to adhere to the required compliance and due diligence aspects in line with the SA Reserve Bank and other regulatory bodies.

QUALIFICATIONS

International Trade Diploma, Institute of Banker Certificate, Customer Relationship Management

Experience:

1-2 years of experience understanding of forward contracts, future contracts, warrants, Swaps and credit derivatives
3-4 years experience in understanding of Exchange Control, a comprehensive understanding and application of the Exchange Control Rulings to ensure 100% compliance.
Good knowledge of AML procedural requirements, treasury products and services.
Sound understanding of OFAC and TRC and its relevance to all products and understanding of the ZAPS system.
Comprehensive understanding of operational risks associated with specialized payments and understanding of policies that govern the non-banking financial institutions
