Technical Business Analyst – IT EMEA

The EMEA IT Business Systems division is looking for adding a Technical Business Analyst, who will work on activities related to the support, improvement and roll outs of several business IT systems throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Participate in projects for the implementation and evolution of business systems (ERP, BI, MIS, Scheduling, Data Collection, etc.) for plants located in Europe and Africa
Roll out standard processes/configurations and identify functionality gapsy
Analysing and reviewing the Business Requirements and client change requests, and assess their nature (development request, defect, set up error) and priority of the request.
Documenting of business requirements using project management methodology
Providing development team with detailed specifications and exhaustive test cases
Delivering client trainings
Carry out support activities for business systems, using ticketing systems
Support continuous improvement initiatives, through the analysis and optimization of processes
Contribute to the evolution of business systems through their configuration, the development of reports, the creation of interfaces to third parties.
Testing and production of new releases or patches
Constant collaboration with colleagues located in different globally distributed groups
SKILL ’ EXPERIENCES
At least 3 years of work experience related to the implementation and support of complex business systems, such as ERP or similar
Very familiar with report development, including use of Crystal Reports would be considered a plus.
Expert knowledge of SQL language and ability to navigate and extract and import data to and from database.
Write SQL queries.
