Position Summary:

Achieve all Brands key performance indicators and targets
Fosters excellent working relationships on counter and with the wider business and retailer.
Goal oriented – Drives transactions and activity tasks to meet targets.

Key Roles ’ Responsibilities

Achieve sales targetsCreate ways to achieve sell through for the business:
Arranges instant on counter event dates.
Collateral and Props
Counter signage
Additional staffing
Set goals for appointments booked
Ensures customers are offered the full Brand experience at all times with custom fit service and expertise, building relationships
Monitor competitor brands
Monitor counter sales on an hourly/daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Ensure all action plans are in place for all promotions, launches and special events to “drive sales”
Build and maintain relationships with counter staff and the Retailer, partake in team meetings
Monitors and manages min/max stockholdings, top SKU counts, out of stocks.
Submits all sales info required timeously.
Ensures all Sales are recorded according to standard.
All customer returns to be handled according to policy.
Ensure in store promotions are organized effectively and timeously.
Attend training courses as and when scheduled.
Ensure knowledge levels are accurate and up to date
Demonstrate effectiveness in make up and consultation.
Ensure that attendance is punctual and professional.
Ensure a full, clean and neat uniform is worn at all times whilst on duty, as per guidelines.
Ensure personal hygiene levels are at a high standard.
Ensure counters, shelves and cupboards are kept clean and dust free at all times, according to merchandising guidelines
Ensure cleaning tools are stocked and in a good condition.
Ensure all testers are clean and in good condition.
Must attend mandatory educational seminars, meetings
Ensure optimum space is obtained and utilized at all times through effective negotiations.
