What you will love doing in this role

Conduct learning needs analysis
Develop a training plan based on the needs identified
Develop and update training modules and training manuals
Complete training assessments
Ensure administration and reporting is updated

Requirements
What you’ll need to do this role

Grade 12 or Equivalent
Call centre experience essential
Previous training/coaching experience
Previous leadership experience
Computer literate with Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
Understanding of outbound and inbound call centre technology and processes
Technical knowledge of operations area processes
Learning facilitation skills
Planning and organising skills
Experience working in a complex, changing, fast-paced environment
Clear credit and criminal record
