Office Manager South Africa (6 months contract)

About the Role

Your role will be essential to our South African employees, as your responsibility will be to ensure that our offices run smoothly & provide great working environment!

Your main tasks:

  • Engage and collaborate with local and regional management and act as a primary contact for daily operations.
  • Responsible for the implementation of CRE strategic direction within South Africa & Ivory Coast
  • Ensure optimal utilization of the infrastructure with regards to workplace and workplace related services.
  • Prepare and monitor the location (s) operating budget
  • Vendor Management and monitoring the set KPI's for the delivery of the contracted services
  • Project Management – required involvement in CRE moves, renovations, build and operations
  • Ensure the management of internal environmental standards is adhered to and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform annual review of all business continuity plans in the location to ensure compliance

This role is being filled as temporary replacement during a secondment.

  • BCOM / Property Management Degree
  • 2 -5 years experience in a similar role
