Site Manager – Gauteng

Minimum Requirements

PSIRA Gr A.
Grade 12
Valid Code B licence with PDP.
Advanced Computer Literacy and report writing skills.
Holder of a NOSA or SAMTRAC certificate.
First Aid level 2 and Basic Firefighting.
Minimum of 10 years management experience in the mining Security sector.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a MHSA 2.6.1 appointee,
Investigations experience in Mining Security sector.
Willing to relocate.

Duties ’ Responsibilities

Managing staff scheduling to include monitoring of time and attendance, leave schedules, overtime etc.
Maintaining discipline of staff on site.
Training and supervising security officers on site.
Demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills.
Experience in compiling Risk Assessment.
Strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety.
Exhibit strong leadership skills in the day to day running of the security activities on site
Create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected.
Record keeping of all administration for all activities on site
Building and Maintaining relationships with the client
Ensure compliance with Site Procedure Manual and facilitate optimal service delivery
